1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or invoice).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidents.
  • Items returned after the 7-day window.
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty).

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued as cash at the time of pickup or store credit, depending on your preference.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

5. Exchange

  • Exchanges are allowed for eligible items. If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose a different product or opt for a refund.

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
