2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidents.
- Items returned after the 7-day window.
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty).
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
5. Exchange
- Exchanges are allowed for eligible items. If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose a different product or opt for a refund.
6. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
